In the video, we can see the nesting of a mitered piece, meaning the cutting of parts with different geometries using the same parent bar.
In this case, it’s the same piece rotated 180°, which, due to its geometry, allows us to fit the miter into 2 pieces, utilizing the bar 12% more efficiently.
With this machine, at TLA, we are capable of machining tubes from 16 mm round to 184 mm round, with square, rectangular, profile geometries, and in all of them, holes, markings, graining, and a myriad of other options that allow us to offer our clients the most advanced technology.
