Characteristics of the products
Automotive tubes have to fulfil their purpose in the vehicle. Whether they are structural or belong to safety or exhaust systems, they are expected to be capable of being processed, bent, flattened and/or flared. For this reason, ductile welds are required to allow all of these modifications.
Body frame tubes are expected to withstand the day-to-day service life of a bus, but also to ensure the safety of the occupants in the event of an accident. The tubes are therefore manufactured with designs and quality controls to ensure the best performance of the tube in the application.
Precision tubes are expected to meet precise specifications depending on their final destination, be it a question of the surface finish, mechanical performance or specific tolerances.
We not only manufacture welded tubes, but we also provide complete solutions to our customers: we process the coil, cut the tube, supply sheet metal and make customised assembly kits, so that our customers only have to worry about producing.
