We provide any tube that can be welded in both stainless steel and carbon steel.


Whether it has special dimensional tolerances, a removed interior bead, or a very special surface finish. If it exists, TLA can manufacture it.

Packaging and strapping

PROTECTIVE PLASTIC PACKAGING

All packages are protected with plastic and strapped with metal strapping on top of the protective plastic.


Square and rectangular tubes have a square format, while the round tube has a hexagonal format.


PROTECTIVE PLASTIC STRAPPED PACKAGING

The tube bundle is protected with plastic in the area where it is strapped with the metal strap.


WOODEN PACKAGING

DELIVERY AND OPTIONS

Delivery conditions and options

The standard length supplied is 6,000 mm, with the possibility of special lengths from 4,000 mm to 8,000 mm (Round Tube) and from 4,000 mm to 9,000 mm (Square Tube and Rectangular Tube). However, other lengths are available on request.

SURFACE FINISH

An essential part of the tubes for decoration is the surface finish. TLA has developed state-of-the-art technology to ensure the best quality in all surface finishes. Surface finish tests and control systems have been implemented to ensure their capacity and homogeneity.


Standard machine finish: this is the standard machine brushing of the tube.


OPTIONS ON REQUEST

  • Weld position.

  • Customised tolerances on edges, internal and external dimensions.

  • Special tube marking.

  • Internal weld bead removed.


CUTTING TO LENGHT

  • Precision laser cutting.

  • Lengths from 20 mm to 8,000 mm are possible.
